We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the best ski areas in Val di Fassa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the little evening events organized by the hotel, such as the Grappa Tasting and cocktail before dinner. the service and amenities provided here were top-notch.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lots of beautifull antic furniture in hotel. most beautifull view from our window. location very good , everything very well organized for skiing holiday.
We had no bathrobes in a room also no mini bar. is it 4 star? Coffee for brakfast was from machine (very not nice), but we used to have beautifull coffee ( and cheep) at the next door beautifull Bistro.

The room was big and comfortable. Nice breakfast and very good dinner for 15 Euro's is recomended.
Problems with heating are common. Do not expect to wear a T-shirt in the room. Wi-fi did not work during our stay.

We recently visited this hotel for a romantic escape and were blown away by the service and amenities. The rooms were comfortable and cozy with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the fact that the hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including spa treatments and hiking trails which kept us engaged during our stay. The location was perfect as it offered easy access to local attractions and town.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt that the information offered by the hotel could have been more explicit. Some of the services included were not well communicated during check-in and it took us some time to figure out what was included and where to find certain facilities.

the position
Quality and choice of food. Price of dinner increased in three steps from 10 to 20 euros. noisy room for the poor insulation and smell of damp. "Relax room" filled with screaming kids.

The view from across the valley is fantastic, stunning peaks that are a delight to watch. the spacious balcony was the best place to enjoy the view. the complimentary Wi-Fi makes staying connected free and easy.
The Easter lunch was crowded and it was almost impossible to get any food. the reception was not very helpful, and we were bothered by the noise in the hallways of people dragging their luggage.
